Our open letter safeguarding Theology and RE in Higher Education was quoted in The Times. 20/09/2025

Phoebe Davies quotes our open letter in Credo column for the Times saying,

“It’s clear that theology and religious studies are sadly dying subjects. Chine McDonald from the Christian think tank, Theos, recently wrote that there will soon only be “21 higher education institutions in England and Wales that offer an undergraduate degree in theology and religious studies”. That’s down from 55 universities in 2016.”
